Product introduction

HVS- AXY Vickers Hardness Measurement and Control System is a computer automatic measurement and control system independently developed by the company. It is seamlessly connected with various types of Vickers Hardness Tester (including micro-Vickers), forming a perfect set of automatic hardness measurement system.
The automatic hardness measurement is mainly used for measuring Vickers hardness of various metals and some non-metallic materials. It can measure hardness of all kinds of metal parts and parts after thermal treatment. At the same time, it is suitable for the determination of the depth of the effective hardening layer, the coating layer and the heat affected position of the welding parts. It can also be used to observe the internal metallographic structure of various metal parts and to collect, display and print images.
The system is especially suitable for measuring the surface hardness of heat-treated workpiece, the distribution curve of hardness gradient and the depth of effective hardening layer.
