HUATEC HG5026 is a portable vibration calibrator designed specifically for on-site and laboratory environments, mainly used for verifying and calibrating various vibration testing equipment.

Main purpose
·Calibration object: capable of calibrating vibration accelerometers, velocity sensors, eddy current displacement sensors, and complete vibration measurement instruments.
·Typical scenarios: Widely used in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and quality inspection departments.

working principle
This device is essentially a high-precision reference vibration source. It integrates a signal generator, power amplifier, standard sensor, and vibration table into one.

·Generate standard vibration: The internal system generates a standard sine wave signal, driving the vibration table to produce precise mechanical vibration in the frequency range of 1 to 1280 Hz.
·Dual shaft output: the body structure allows the vibration table to generate horizontal or vertical vibration to adapt to the measurement axis direction of different sensors.
·Value reference: Users can adjust the vibration amplitude through a potentiometer, and the real-time values of acceleration, velocity, and displacement will be directly displayed on the 3 and a half digit digital display screen of the panel as a reference standard for calibration.
·Special feature: It is also equipped with 5mm and 8mm probe kits, specifically designed for calibrating the linearity of eddy current displacement sensors with a range of 0-2.0mm.
